We try to photograph products clearly and to describe items accurately so my customers are satisfied that they receive what was described on my site. I trust my manufacturers to provide a product that matches what is described on my site.
My manufacturers do not accept returns for anything other than products that are damaged in shipping. Unfortunately, because this is presently a very small business, I can't pay the costs of return shipping.
If your items were purchased in my shop and they were damaged in shipping, you can return them for a store credit, by contacting me at email@example.com within 7 days of the date of delivery.
You can order your return shipping label directly from me by telling me the reason for your return, and providing the SKU# of the item you are returning. (You can find the SKU# on my website or on the receipt you received.) Your shipping label will arrive in your email inbox within 2 business days and/or be available at Canada Post when you arrive at the post office.
Upon receiving your damaged item we will issue a replacement of the damaged item you purchased.
I do not accept returns of commissioned drawings and paintings.
